Youth Thrive National Program Interest Form


Want to gain experience, build your network, and make a positive impact in your community? The Youth Thrive program is your gateway to meaningful service placement volunteer opportunities across Canada! If you're between the ages 16 and 30, this is your chance to connect with organizations doing incredible work. We're all about creating opportunities for all youth, most especially Indigenous and under-served communities.

Service placements focus on the following themes:
  • Reconciliation
  • Building an inclusive Canada
  • Preserving the environment
  • Promoting civic and democratic engagement
  • Strengthening youth resilience 
  • Other youth-identified themes
Service placements can be flexible (a minimum of 120 hours within an assigned period) or full-time (30 hours per week for an assigned period).

Eligibility Criteria:
  • This program is tailored to youth between the ages of 16 and 30
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
