Youth Thrive Regional Program Interest Form


Interested in gaining experience, expanding your network, and making a positive impact in your community? The Youth Thrive program is your gateway to meaningful volunteer service placements across Ontario! If you're between the ages of 16 and 30, this is your opportunity to connect with organizations doing incredible work. We are dedicated to creating opportunities for all youth, particularly those from Indigenous and underserved communities.

Service placements emphasize the following themes:
  • Reconciliation  
  • Fostering an Inclusive Canada  
  • Environmental Preservation  
  • Enhancing Civic and Democratic Engagement  
  • Strengthening Youth Resilience  
  • Other themes identified by Youth
Service placements are flexible (a minimum of 120 hours within an assigned period) or full-time (30 hours per week for an assigned period).

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be between the ages of 16 and 30. 
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or an individual who has been granted Refugee status in Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
